Molly Baz is passionate about sandwiches—and that’s putting it lightly. The chef, author, and social media personality has curated plenty of original sandwich recipes for her cookbooks and socials, from a loaded niçoise salad-inspired creation to a foolproof breakfast sandwich and drippingly cheesy tuna melt (or “toona melt,” as Baz terms it). She even once hosted a podcast called The Sandwich Universe, with a stated mission of “[uncovering] the far side of 10 iconic deli sandwiches.” And what key lesson has Baz taken from all of that sandwich-based research, you might ask?
