After getting an early release, “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” is now available to watch on Disney+.
Subscribers can stream the first two episodes, as new episodes drop every Tuesday until its series finale on January 14, 2025. There are 8 episodes, in total.

As for the TV series itself, Variety’s TV critic Alison Herman calls “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,” “purely nostalgic kids’ adventure,” while “the charm of its cast and their infectious sense of wonder goes a long way toward selling the endeavor,” in her review.
From showrunners Jon Watts and Christopher Ford, “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” follows four kids trying to get back home after getting lost in “a galaxy far, far away.” The foursome quickly make new alliances and enemies after they discover a mysterious and hidden starship.
The new TV series takes place after the fall of the Galactic Empire and during the Age of the New Republic in the larger “Star Wars” timeline. “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” also features Jude Law, Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith, Nick Frost and others.
