Marketing and communications agency DDA has grown its operations in the U.S. with the hire of a team of four that will join the newly-established New York office.
Chloe Srivastava, Meghan Kilkenny, Emma Tomas and Caroline Tomaselli all join from Hiltzik Strategies and will augment DDA’s corporation communications division, sitting under LA-based partner Dana Archer. They will also work in conjunction with vice president Monique Levine, who leads the international corporate and special projects team out of London.
Srivastava was a senior vice president at Hiltzik, where she worked collectively for ten years and built the firm’s finance and technology communications division, advising clients across venture capital, private equity, sports, creator economy, AI and fintech industries. Prior to joining Hiltzik, Srivastava worked on corporate and crisis communications strategies across Robinhood, Intuit, Etsy and Meta while she was at Outcast. She joins DDA as senior vice president, corporate communication.
“Our corporate communications offering is a mainstay of the business, and we’ve long been searching for the ideal person in the U.S. to expand and push that offering forward both within and outside of the entertainment space,” said Archer on behalf of the board. “We were immediately impressed by Chloe — her business acumen, relationships and proven track record is the perfect complement to our brand, and she brings an incredible team in Meghan, Emma and Caroline with expertise across a range of industries important to DDA’s growth.”
Kilkenny has advised companies and high-profile individuals on proactive and reactive PR strategies through her time at Hiltzik, Wachsman, and FleishmanHillard and her in-house work as manager of global and corporate communications at The Ironman Group. She joins DDA as a director of corporate communications.
Before joining DDA, Tomas was an account manager on the technology and finance team at Hiltzik and began her career at CounterPoint Strategies, focusing on crisis management and issues response. She joins DDA as an account director.
Tomaselli served as an account manager on the technology and finance team at Hiltzik Strategies where she worked with prominent corporations, startups, and individuals on their strategic communications, developing proactive strategies and thought leadership programs for clients. She joins DDA as an account manager.
DDA’s New York office expanded last month to include a domestic film and series publicity division and hired Katie Conklin as senior account director and Madison Tobin as senior account executive. The company only launched in New York in May with the hire of Dan Salerno who leads the creative services team, which includes Paige Gurski and consultant Rachel Effendy.
Over at DDA’s main headquarters in London, DDA recently launched a live content division with veterans Richard Adamson and Louis Kemsley and inaugurated a new gaming PR division led by ex-Media Molecule alumni Gemma Cooper. As part of its ongoing growth, the company also recently hired well-respected awards veteran and BAFTA deputy chair Julie La’Bassiere as chief strategy officer and former AMPAS exec Carola Ash as director of international awards outreach.
