Saudi traffic authority urges payment of fines before April 2025 discount deadline

Riyadh — The Saudi General Department of Traffic is urging the public to make use of the remaining time to benefit from a 50% discount on accumulated traffic fines for violations recorded before April 18, 2024.

The discount offer will expire on April 18, 2025.

The department emphasized that once the deadline passes, fines will revert to their original amounts.

Motorists have the option to either pay the total fine in one payment or settle each violation separately.

Authorities also reminded the public that adhering to traffic regulations is essential for preventing violations and reducing accidents in the future.
